Business Development

Location: Remote Position

As Business Development Representative (BDR) you will play a crucial role in growing DemandWork’s various product offerings. You will become extremely knowledgeable in various ideal customer profiles, buyer journeys, and the tenets of a world-class client success organization as we build it. You will also learn how to work in a startup environment where you have the opportunity to learn a wider set of sales & account management skills. In this role the BDR will work to generate revenue by developing opportunities through email and phone for the DemandWorks sales teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leveraging email/phone to engage target prospects within assigned account/territories.
  • Generating qualified leads and setting sales appointments.
  • Engage in and build out drip campaigns to sales prospects. Build out internal email campaigns & personally email prospects.
  • Interacting with target prospects and providing high level value proposition.
  • Manage/Update accounts, contacts, & opportunities in SalesForce CRM.
  • Uncover new opportunities/prospects.

Ad Operations Specialist

Location: Remote Position

Are you analytical, organized, highly driven and passionate? As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Operations team ensuring the smooth running and successful completion of client campaigns. You will play a vital role in campaign set up, analyzing campaign details and problem solving to ensure campaigns run smoothly and completed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for making sure that exceptional quality standards are met. This role will work closely with both the Sales and Operations teams, so the ability to communicate effectively is a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with the Sales team from kickoff to delivery, including scheduled campaign deliveries, client integrations and other operational duties.
  • Must be motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently in remote environments.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis.
  • Work closely with Client Success Managers & Sales to ensure campaigns run smoothly and leads meet all campaign parameters.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and perfect your work; will seek help when needed while suggesting new ways to tackle past business processes.
  • Manage regular tasks with minimal oversight.

Account Executive

Location: Remote Position

Be the driving force behind DemandWorks’ growth! As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and selling all of our solutions to key marketing decision-makers at agencies and enterprises. You will lead all aspects of the sales process, from identifying prospects to closing deals. You will also act as a liaison between your clients and our support teams, ensuring your clients continued success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals through thoughtful sales strategies, opportunity identification, and contract negotiations.
  • Effective Outreach: Leverage a variety of sales tools to send compelling outbound emails and make introductory sales calls to engage target prospects.
  • Proactive Prospecting: Manage prospect development, interact with target prospects, and provide a high-level value proposition to pique their interest.
  • CRM Management: Keep our prospecting efforts organized and efficient by managing and updating prospecting status via CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Effective Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing customer success. Provide clients with industry insights, address issues, and gather valuable feedback.
