Location: Remote Position 

As Business Development Representative (BDR) you will play a crucial role in growing DemandWork’s various product offerings. You will become extremely knowledgeable in various ideal customer profiles, buyer journeys, and the tenets of a world-class client success organization as we build it. You will also learn how to work in a startup environment where you have the opportunity to learn a wider set of sales & account management skills. In this role the BDR will work to generate revenue by developing opportunities through email and phone for the DemandWorks sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Leveraging email/phone to engage target prospects within assigned account/territories
Generating qualified leads and setting sales appointments
Engage in and build out drip campaigns to sales prospects. Build out internal email campaigns & personally email prospects.
Interacting with target prospects and providing high level value proposition
Manage/Update accounts, contacts, & opportunities in SalesForce CRM
Uncover new opportunities/prospects

Customer Success

Location: Remote Position 

As a Customer Success Representative you will get to work with a variety of our staff, from sales to creative. You will become extremely knowledgeable in various ideal customer profiles, buyer journeys, and the tenets of a world-class client success organization as we build it. You will also learn how to work in a startup environment where you have the opportunity to learn a wider set of sales & account management skills. To be successful in this role, you will need to maintain a high level of organization, as you will be dealing with anywhere from 40-80 clients weekly, all with completely different goals, campaigns, contacts, and needs. 

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with and assist internal sales team to manage internal client campaign management from start to finish.
Manage existing campaigns with sales team. This involves learning and understanding different sales team members approaches to client management and providing feedback on processes/products that can be improved to management.
Collaborate and strategize with the sales team to identify 'upsell' opportunities and ensure high renewal rates.
Work closely with sales team to identify emails, proposals, and pitches that are seeing high rates of success to assist sales team in improving on their own processes.
